Shipping & Refund

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders received and paid in full are mostly shipped within 2 business days of order arrival. Greater Sydney Tyres will provide you an estimated delivery time.

We do not the guaranteed the estimated delivery time and it should not be relied upon. Greater Sydney Tyres will notify you if we suspect a delay in the delivery time. Greater Sydney Tyres shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Greater Sydney Tyres offers free delivery in the followings regions and districts:

  • Blacktown City, Penrith City, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista and Pennant Hills.
  • Coastal District, Gosford Central District, East Brisbane Water District, West Brisbane Water District, Narara Valley District, Gorokan District, Mountains District, Ourimbah District, Southern Lakes District, Warnervale - Wadalba District

Greater Sydney Tyres uses third party delivery agents to deliver the Goods.

You will be required to select the correct delivery method in the checkout process. If there is a delivery charge, the cost will be added to the total order price which will be visible in the cart. Please ensure all your details are correct. Greater Sydney Tyres will not be responsible for any incorrect shipping due to missing or incorrect details.

Shipping to remote and rural cities will require a Greater Sydney Tyres to manually assist with Shipping Costs. In the case of delivery to you directly is not be possible, you may be required to pick the Goods up from the nearest freight depot.

Tyres purchased can be delivered to:

  • your home address.
  • An alternative given address.
  • A Greater Sydney Tyre fitment centre partner.

Please be aware, we are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss in transit. We will happily assist you in contacting the respective logistics company.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You can request to return the tyres within 14 days after you received the tyres, returns will not be accepted after this time.

You can request a change-of-mind and wrongly ordered product return.

Tyres may be returned only if they have not been fitted to a vehicle or driven, the tyres must be in the same condition that you received them.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If we have come to an agreement on return for an order that was due to a customers fault, a 20% restocking fee will apply (20% of total order value) and the customer is in charge of the return fee.

Your rights under this change-of-mind policy are in addition to any rights you have under consumer laws.

Please send an email to n.marsden@gstyres.com.au with your name, order number and reason for return in order to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Goods will not be accepted back without a return authorisation number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
